Send one lift maintenance contract and your last three invoices. Gareth reads, checks and explains them, and you have written findings inside 3 business days. Free, and yours to keep.
Every review follows the same four steps, whether it is a small two-lift building or a tower with a long contract.
You send one maintenance contract and your last three invoices. It takes about ten minutes of your time. Gareth reads the contract end to end: the term, the fees, how the annual escalation works, what is included, response times and the notice window.
Each invoice is checked line by line against the contract. Does the fee match the agreed rate? Was the escalation applied the way the contract describes? Is each charge for work the contract covers, or for something outside it? Are the visits billed the visits that were due?
You receive written findings inside 3 business days. Each point is quoted back to the exact clause, so it can be tabled at a committee meeting or passed to your contractor as a simple question, with no guesswork about what the contract says.
Gareth calls to talk it through and says what he would do next. Sometimes that is to pay the invoices as they are. Sometimes it is to ask your contractor a question, or to plan for a renewal. The decision stays with you.
One maintenance contract for one building and the last three invoices from the lift company. If you only have some of the pages, send what you have and say so. Nothing else is needed.
About ten minutes of your time to send the documents. Written findings follow inside 3 business days, and Gareth will personally call you on the same business day you ask.
The review is free, with no obligation. The findings are yours to keep whether or not you ever work with LPM.
No. LPM checks the paperwork you send and does not contact your lift company unless you ask. LPM does not sell lift maintenance, parts or installation, and only ever works for buildings.
Then the findings say so. A review that confirms the charges match the contract is a good result, and it gives the committee confidence that it can pay and move on.
Nothing, unless you want something. If you would like ongoing checking, LPM can do that with the platform, or LPM Managed if you would rather forward the paperwork and have it handled. Either way, you choose.
