LPM/Independent Audit
Independent Audit

Ensure you fully understand your position before making any commitments.

An experienced lift-industry professional conducts an impartial, on-site inspection of your lift: the equipment, its maintenance condition and its service history. You receive a written, photo-documented report with clear recommendations, an estimate of remaining life, and any requirements for specialist testing or formal certification identified.

What you receive

An independent set of eyes on your lift.

A technical expert inspects the equipment in person and gives you a clear, honest report on its condition and what it will need next.

Condition & compliance

The actual condition of your lift, verified through an on-site inspection.

An experienced lift-industry professional conducts the inspection in person: the machine room, shaft, pit and car, evaluating the controller, drive, doors, safety gear and ride quality for condition and wear, alongside the maintenance records and service history. Each finding is documented with photographs, providing a clear assessment of what is sound, worn, or at end of life.

On-site, not remote: hands-on inspections of the machine room, shaft, pit, and car, rather than remote assessments.
Every major component: the controller, drive, doors, safety gear, and car, thoroughly assessed and photographed.
Further action identified: recurring issues, contractor recommendations and anything that warrants specialist testing or formal certification, called out clearly in the report.

Remaining life & capital plan

Identify required actions, timelines, and budget considerations.

Independent by design

We charge a fixed fee, never a percentage of your project costs.

Our independent audits are impartial. We agree on a fixed fee upfront, never a percentage of your project or savings, and maintain no affiliations with any lift company. Our only priority is your building's best interest.

Fixed, transparent fee: agreed upon before work begins, never influenced by inspection findings.
No ties to any lift company: we sell none of the work we recommend, so the finding is the finding.
A reliable basis to plan: our report is a foundation for budgeting, modernisation, or tendering on your terms.

A reviewer paid a cut of the works has a reason to find them. We charge a fixed fee, so the finding is the finding, and a clean report sets you up to plan or modernise on your terms.
